Charleston South Carolina Equine Veterinarian

Elizabeth Masin, BVetMed

Dr. Elizabeth “Lizzie” Masin (Wisner) grew up in Maryland, where her passion for horses began at an early age. She was an active member of the Pony Club and spent her formative years riding, fox hunting, and eventing—often while training young horses along the way.

With nearly a decade of experience in equine veterinary medicine, Dr. Lizzie brings a strong clinical background and a deep understanding of the horse-and-rider relationship to the Charleston area. She has managed a wide variety of cases, from routine preventive care to sports medicine and diagnostics.

Dr. Lizzie values providing high-quality, compassionate care to horses and their owners, combining her lifelong equine experience with the skills she has developed throughout her veterinary career.

Outside of work, Dr. Lizzie enjoys spending time with her horses and tries to ride whenever her schedule allows. She also enjoys exploring new culinary adventures in the kitchen. When she's not at the barn or cooking, she stays active on the farm and makes time to travel and spend quality time with her family.
